The Pulis Kalinga Special Housing Project which started early last year is now the centerpiece of the PNP Personnel Quartering and Housing Program. Out of the targeted 200 houses for construction in Pulis Kalinga Village in Camp Macabulos, Tarlac, 105 were awarded to deserving police families who now live in their own houses.

On September 2006, the groundbreaking ceremony for a similar project was also undertaken in Integrity Heights in Batangas wherein another 504 single-detached homes will soon be built.

Last February 2007, the groundbreaking ceremony for the PNP Gawad Kalinga Model Quartering Project at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig was held. The said project, which entails the construction of 2 condominium units, will cost Thirty Two million pesos (Php32 million). Fortunately, the AFPSLAI has donated Fifteen million pesos (Php15 million) for the project.

The PNP Housing Board is also working with the National Housing Authority, HUDCC, DILG and Manila Bank for the development of 400 hectares of land in San Miguel, Bulacan.

Proposed Housing Project in Camp Castañeda, Silang, Cavite wherein a 50-hectare property shall be divided among the PNP, BJMP and BFP.
